certification body, which appraises the quality system of the enterprise
in the basis of the standard of the quality system that has been formally
issued, and then, issues a quality system certificate to the enterprise
and publishes a registered name list to prove that the enterprise's
quality system has been up to the standard of certain quality system
and the enterprise has the ability to provide products as the regulated
